Refund and Returns Policy

At US Print Jet, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@usprintjet.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the returned item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Opened or used ink or toner cartridges.
  • Custom-ordered or personalized products.
  • Items on clearance or sale (unless faulty).

If you are unsure if your product qualifies for a return, please contact us for further clarification before proceeding.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@usprintjet.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@usprintjet.com to begin the exchange process. Please provide detailed information and pictures, if necessary, of the issue. Once the exchange is approved, you will be instructed on how to return the original item.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong product was sent. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@usprintjet.com with details and, if possible, photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
